Return Policy

We want you to love your order, reach out with any questions or problems. If something is not right, here’s what you need to know:

The 30-day Guarantee

You may return or exchange your item for any reason within 30 days of the purchase for a refund or replacement. Please note that we can’t guarantee that all items will be available all the time. If a replacement item is not available, we will issue a credit for the original purchase price. Unless the return is necessary due to a defective item or is our error, we do not refund original shipping costs.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. In the unlikely event you receive a defective item, we'll replace it at no cost to you.

How to Return an Item

To arrange a return or exchange, use one of the following methods:

  • Reply to your original order confirmation email (please identify the item(s) you wish to return and reason for the return)
  • Email us at hi@patchmarks.com (please provide Name, Order number, the item(s) you wish to return and reason for the return)

 

Do not return an item without contacting us! We cannot guarantee a refund on items that do not have an authorization prior to return.

Exchange or Refund Processing Time

Please allow 7-10 business days after we receive your item.
